About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Sales Director to drive growth across a diverse range of accounts and manage multi-product deals. As a strong coach, you'll significantly impact your team's customer engagement and sales effectiveness. You'll excel at developing strategic sales plans, collaborating closely with marketing to create impactful assets, and using CRM tools to add value within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Account Managers, managing key customer relationships and overseeing a substantial portfolio of existing accounts.
Develop and execute sales campaigns, adapting strategies based on data and market conditions.
Work closely with marketing to ensure your team is well-prepared and create joint plans to achieve sales targets.
Provide forecasts and insights to leadership, implementing a structured sales methodology to track performance.
Participate in team reviews, share market insights, and collaborate with product owners and specialist teams to recommend improvements.
