Job Title: Strategic Accounts Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Accounts Director to lead our sales team in driving growth and revenue expansion in key accounts across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategy development and driving revenue growth in complex, dynamic commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in key accounts
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to achieve Divisional and Group goals
  • Set goals, develop, and evaluate activity and sales metrics to achieve growth objectives
  • Support with account strategy development and ensure focus on overall value proposition
  • Present monthly business and financial updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a complex, dynamic commercial environment operating across the full EMEA region
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategy development and driving revenue growth
  • Leading, recruiting, and developing sales teams to build high-performance capability and competence
  • Skilled in building and sustaining professional relationships through excellent communication
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to excel and achieve outstanding outcomes
