Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Reception Desk Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Admit and discharge patients, answering phones and booking outpatient appointments
- Track patient notes and perform other administrative duties
- Work alongside consultants, nursing staff, and other clinical teams
Requirements
- Admin/customer service experience
- Good communication skills and computer literacy
- Ability to work in a busy environment and on own initiative
