Learning Facilitator for Young Children

Randstad Education is seeking a creative and engaging Learning Facilitator for Young Children to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of young children.

As a Learning Facilitator for Young Children, you will have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in early childhood education or a related field, with experience working with early years foundation stage. You will be passionate about creating hands-on, experiential learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity in young children.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging educational programs for young children
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless program implementation
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect in the learning environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in early childhood education or a related field
- Experience working with early years foundation stage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
