Job Description: School Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized School Learning Facilitator to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Secondary education and be able to provide high-quality support to pupils in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To cover lessons and supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are absent.
  • To maintain a very high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammar.
  • To work closely with teachers to understand lesson plans and deliver engaging learning activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recent experience of working in Secondary schools.
  • Experience of working with Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 or Key Stage 5.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and a keenness to learn.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to Safeguarding.
