We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to join our team in a 3-bedded EBD children's home within Preston. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment for all young people and staff. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  2. Manage a team of carers and support workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure the well-being of the children and young people.
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Registered Manager position or supervisory role working with children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties and challenging behaviors.
An NVQ Level 5 Children and Young People qualification or working towards it.
