Responsibilities

  1. To provide behaviour support and guidance to pupils in Alternative Provisions across Preston and Blackpool.
  2. To work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties and ASC.
  3. To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

">
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with SEMH difficulties and ASC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
