We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Higher Apprenticeship in Operations at Heidelberg Materials Limited.

In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager and the operational team to drive performance improvements across the board. This includes working on projects that directly contribute to our goals as outlined in the Heidelberg Materials UK Sustainability Report.

As a Higher Apprenticeship in Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,960 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1,200 and completion bonus of £3,000.

Requirements:

  • At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximise learning opportunities.
