We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Sustainability and Mineral Products Specialist at Heidelberg Materials Limited.

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, working closely with the Site Manager and the operational team to drive performance improvements across the board. This includes working on projects that directly contribute to our goals as outlined in the Heidelberg Materials UK Sustainability Report.

As a Sustainability and Mineral Products Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1,200 and completion bonus of £3,000.

Requirements:

  • At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximise learning opportunities.
