Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Higher Apprenticeship programme in Mineral Products Management at Heidelberg Materials UK. As a key member of our team, you will support the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to attain their Mineral Products Technician Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5) and NVQ Level 4 in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE4). You will also gain hands-on experience applying your skills in real-world scenarios, contributing to ongoing projects and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in achieving key goals
  • Attain Mineral Products Technician Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5)
  • Gain hands-on experience in real-world scenarios

Requirements:

  • At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
  • Full UK driving license
  • Mobility to relocate during the programme

Estimated Salary: £24,960pa + £1,200 welcome bonus
