Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Field Engineer to join our team as a Security Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining our customer security systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement security systems while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers as required.
  • Accurately record all work completed.
  • Install Access Control using Paxton systems.
  • Install and maintain data network and Wi-Fi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
  • Collaborate with our Service Delivery team to ensure customer needs are met.

Your Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in a similar field is preferred, as well as a full UK Driving Licence and ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
