Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, and care reviews
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
About You
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving individualised care and support
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
