About this role

The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Leader to join their team. As a key member of the Strategy leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all work programmes, understanding interdependencies, and supporting leaders to drive and embed lasting solutions and transformation outcomes.

Main responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Strategy team, estates colleagues, operational colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of significant change projects.
  2. Lead on programme governance and support the effective running of the Strategic Delivery Board to enable executive oversight of delivery.
  3. Provide leadership to the PMO team and other colleagues to ensure progress is made across the transformation agenda.
  4. Identify opportunities for the PMO team to develop and ensure an inclusive environment for the team to thrive.
  5. Ensure that all exceptions and risks to programme/project delivery are highlighted and appropriate mitigating actions are taken to keep the programme on track.
