Job summary

As our Workforce & Transformation Manager you will be key to influencing and embedding change within our Trust. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of diverse stakeholders across the Trust, the Coventry and Warwickshire ICS and across the wider region. You will be able to contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy by ensuring that our workforce planning is aligned with the wider system, our plans are robust and impactful, by driving the effective use of workforce information, and ensuring the effectiveness of our Workforce Data and Analytics function.

As a motivated and influential leader, you will have a proven track record in leading and managing complex projects and of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of workforce planning software, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in People transformation, presenting to diverse audiences and strong interpersonal and communication are essential for the successful post-holder.

Main duties of the job

o Actively seeks to ensure that all ICS workforce planning ambitions, targets, and plans are reflected in UHCW workforce planning activities.

o Leads the People Directorate contribution to UHCW's inputs to the NHS strategic planning cycle, seeking to ensure that system wide deadlines are In partnership with People Business Partners, ensures all Clinical Groups have a workforce plan which is actively implemented and against which progress is regularly Responsible for the provision of timely, business centred support to Clinical Groups in the delivery of their workforce plans, workforce systems and Utilising business intelligence provides expert advice and support to Clinical Groups and the People Business Partners in the design and implementation of all workforce business cases including investment, dis-investment, and transformation plans.
