About the Role:

The SAP Finance Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with the program management and delivery teams to ensure that solutions align with contracted technical specifications and NTT DATA/client IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and NTT DATA sales, business development, and delivery teams to translate finance business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate on the development of statements of work to support sales and deal review processes.
  • Lead and coordinate finance requirements and design workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify technologies and architect solution strategies to deliver customer and prospect outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and participate in industry forums, roadshows, and marketing activities to promote SAP technology and solutions.
  • Act as the design authority on projects and generate consulting revenue from such activities.
  • Provide quality assurance across multiple complex customer projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments to ensure NTT DATA remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Share and communicate expert knowledge to develop others and improve business processes.
  • Recognize opportunities for repeat and extended business with NTT DATA and provide comprehensive input.
  • Support NTT DATA to grow its business by identifying customer opportunities and escalating NTT DATA IP opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting with technical expertise across multiple SAP software products.
  • Able to lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop business relationships, and manage delivery teams through complex SAP projects.
  • Effective communication, influence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer projects and resolving complex architecture projects.
  • Experience in contributing to the delivery of a Target Operating Model for future finance models aligned to customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills to develop relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates gravitas, personal integrity, and business acumen.
