About RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled Performance Controller to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for setting up and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive the growth of our renewable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business planning and forecasting, including deviation analyses and comprehensive storyline preparation
  • Regularly report operational business performance and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Act as a financial business partner to identify best practices and trends to safeguard success
  • Maintain relationships with internal counterparties within Renewables and the wider RWE group
  • Develop and improve planning and controlling tools with a focus on automation and digitalisation

Requirements

  • Excellent university degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in a controlling / subsidiary management / finance area
  • A profound knowledge and understanding of the European energy market and related regulations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present it clearly
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Good skills in SAP (FI/CO/BI) and MS Office
  • Familiarity with IFRS; UK and Irish GAAP is a plus
  • Fluent in English

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
