Business Development Executive

We require a talented Senior Insurance Business Developer to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will generate and win new SME business, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial prospects, and conduct client meetings to present insurance solutions will be essential to your success.
With a focus on commercial insurance products, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, strong networking skills, and proficiency with Acturis software. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are also required.
We offer a competitive basic salary up to £50,000, uncapped commission scheme based on new business, opportunities for training and development, support with external qualifications, and flexibility for hybrid working.
