We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage sickness related cases end-to-end, from triage to resolution and closure. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for deputising for the Assistant Manager where necessary, ensuring SAP actions are completed accurately and on time, and leading process and service delivery within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high caseload of complex sickness absence cases, including pay adjustments, PHI processing, return to work cases, and proactive end-to-end OH/specialist cases.
  • Provide client-focused experiences through timely and accurate completion of queries and activities.
  • Liaise with the Assistant Manager to support escalation to clinical teams or other HR teams when necessary.
  • Escalate cases to external vendors or internal teams as required.
