About the Position:

The successful candidate will have significant experience in providing PA support to senior executives, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment. They will possess excellent organisational skills, strong minute-taking abilities, and a flexible approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meetings and Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Document Management: Prepare and consolidate board packs, manage board portals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Minute Taking: Attend key meetings and take accurate minutes, distributing them promptly.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile reports, and support directors with presentations and other tasks.
  • Communication: Draft internal and external communications, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
