Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in one of our luxury elderly care homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to residents and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services.

Estimated Salary:£18,500 - £21,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with their personal hygiene

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home
- Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members
- Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice
