**Job Title:** Care and Support Practitioner
We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Practitioner to join our residential care team at Choice Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
**Salary:** £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily living support, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
