About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Catchment Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our water quality protection team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our drinking water.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments from catchment to consumer to identify potential risks to drinking water quality.">
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize these risks.">
  • Collaborate with operational teams to review, audit, and update Drinking Water Safety Plans (DWSPs).">
  • Work closely with landowners, stakeholders, and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Analyze and interpret data to determine sources of pollution and develop plans to address them.">
  • Provide technical support during pollution events and raise awareness among internal stakeholders.">

What You'll Need:

  • ">
  • A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in a similar role.">
  • Knowledge of risk assessment processes and water quality regulation.">
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS mapping systems and ability to communicate with stakeholders.">
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.">
