Mental Health Crisis Resolution Specialist

To become a valued member of our team, you will be working as a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Service (CR/HT) professional in Powys. This service provides intensive support to adults experiencing mental health crises and at risk of hospital admission. Your role will involve providing expert care in the least restrictive setting, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with service users and their families to develop personalized crisis management plans.
- Assessing and managing acute mental health needs through comprehensive risk assessments and evaluations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between services.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,890-£44,503 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including clinical supervision and skills training.
Requirements
- A recognized professional qualification in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy.
- Experience in community mental health settings, preferably with a focus on crisis resolution and home treatment.
- Strong assessment, planning, and evaluation skills, with the ability to work flexibly within a 24-hour shift pattern.
