**Job Title:** Mental Health Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at MCG Healthcare Careers. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adults and older adults with mental health conditions.
**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
**Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults and older adults in the community, considering medical, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
- Develop individualised care plans with a focus on recovery, goal setting, and person-centred care, ensuring involvement from the patient and their family/carers.
- Provide direct nursing interventions, including medication management and psychotherapy, to support patients' recovery and improve their quality of life.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with adults and older adults with mental health conditions
