Senior Leader in Nuclear Apprenticeships

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operational management, delivery, and compliance of the Sellafield Apprenticeship contract
  • Managing training programs with a focus on nuclear skills
  • Maintaining high standards of education and operational efficiency
  • Working closely with the Director of Curriculum & Apprenticeships STEM and other senior leadership team members to drive and implement strategic objectives

About the Position

  • This is a senior leadership role with a competitive salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per annum
  • Opportunity to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Sellafield
  • Act as representative for Lakes College at relevant meetings and customer events
  • Contribute to overall business strategy with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful education
