Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Quickline Communications. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey towards achieving net-zero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a positive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture within the organization, aligned with the ISO 45001 standard.
  • Lead a small Health and Safety team within the HSE function, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and teams to identify hazards and assess risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Manage and coordinate CDM2015 projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead by example, influencing employees at all levels of the business to adopt a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and partners to ensure they meet our Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects to time, quality, and cost targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualification or training, such as a Nebosh Diploma or NVQ/NCRQ Level 5.
  • Registration with IOSH or IEMA is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate employees at all levels.
