About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join our central SHE team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across our London and East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and advise on standards of health, safety, and environment to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Enforce and report on health, safety, and environmental standards across our sites.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring internal and statutory notifications are completed.
- Promote and encourage excellent standards and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental management within our business.
Requirements
- Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate)
- CSCS Card
- FASET, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, Fire Marshal (ideally)
- IOSH affiliated member
- Valid Driving licence
- Maintaining good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects.
- Experience working on a wide range of construction methods and trades from groundwork's to internal fit-out and finishing trades.
