Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Murdostoun Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Newmains, Wishaw.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Supporting residents with their rehabilitation programmes
  • Establishing effective communication methods to reduce barriers
  • Assisting with mealtimes and activities of daily living
  • Communicating with the clinical team to ensure seamless care
  • Accurately recording work activities

Requirements
