Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at University Hospital Ayr. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in Acute Medicine, Surgery, and Urology, and be committed to providing patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with Acute Medicine, Surgery, and Urology conditions.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective care.
- Develop and maintain a range of core skills to competently undertake patient care and other tasks and activities.
- Participate in a career-long supported learning programme based on a robust Competency Framework.
Requirements
- SQV3 in Healthcare-related subject or equivalent knowledge gained in a relevant area through experience, on-the-job training, and/or short courses.
- UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership is essential for this role.
