An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Manucomm Recruitment.

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales order processing and stock management.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient stock control, as well as managing daily paperwork and preparing customer invoices.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with credit control.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales order processing and receipting of purchase orders.
  • Liaising daily with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for production and recording of daily goods in and out.
  • Preparing and recording daily paperwork for the production department.
  • Processing customer invoices and statements.

Benefits Package:

  • £28,000 per annum salary.
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension.
  • On-site parking available.
