We are looking for a highly skilled Crises Management & Operational Resilience Lead to join our team at Quantum Group in the City of London. This is a permanent position with a salary of £90,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering new controls and procedures in response to operational changes, supporting process owners in the development and review of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes, and identifying main assets for BIA results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
