Park Enforcement Opportunity

OCS Group is currently seeking a Parking Attendant to join our team in Cambridge. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining order and ensuring that drivers comply with parking regulations across the city.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough patrols of parking areas to identify and address any non-compliance issues
  • Issuing warning notices and fines to vehicles parked in contravention of parking restrictions
  • Interacting with members of the public, providing information and assistance on parking-related matters

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to ride a bike in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work shifts and occasional overtime

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
