Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Reed Business Support. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing growth within designated accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met, and maintaining forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within designated accounts
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to set sales forecasts and achieve financial targets
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities
  • Present key account information to senior management
