About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Manager to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and increasing revenue for our stunning Heritage Trust events venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
  • Manage and coordinate events, including weddings, social gatherings, corporate meetings, and conferences
  • Lead a small team of employees and volunteers to deliver excellent service and customer experience
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including marketing, promotions, and customer service
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen and experience in driving new business and business development
  • Hands-on experience in delivering events and managing event teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £32,000 - negotiable on experience
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Predominantly office/daytime hours (with some evenings and weekends required)
  • City centre location, easily commutable by public transport
  • Company pension and annual holiday allowance
