Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives to drive sales growth and brand awareness for our partner Nestlé Confectionery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and training to improve performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the National Field Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
