Job Title: Regional Field Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Manager to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Regional Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives to drive commercial development initiatives and achieve operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
