Freemans Event Partners is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our catering team at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and accurate customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Assist the catering team in preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Support the catering team leader/unit manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the catering unit, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and event operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required.
