About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering units during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the catering team in delivering premium service to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Take ownership of food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in pre- and post-event setup and breakdown, ensuring the catering units are prepared for events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Availability to work in London and other exciting venues.
