About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering units during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the catering team in delivering premium service to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Provide efficient and accurate customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the catering team leader/unit manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the catering units, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and team work.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift and move equipment as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
