Kitchen Porter Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter Team Leader at an established College in Oxford City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of Kitchen Porters in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Organize and delegate daily and scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure efficient operation.
- Operate the dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of crockery and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure adherence to Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and College policies.
- Provide training and induction for new staff members.
- Motivate and assess team performance.
- Manage waste and recyclable materials, and ensure timely collection and delivery of laundry.
- Assist with food preparation and service, including fine dining dinner.
- Previous experience in a similar position in a professional kitchen.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Flexible and reliable approach to work, with willingness to do overtime when required.
