About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Young People's Substance Use Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people affected by substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for delivering specialist assessments, care planning, and evidence-based psychosocial brief and structured interventions with young people.
  • You will work closely with partner agencies to support young people to achieve positive change and improve their life chances.
  • You will be based at various children and family centres, engaging with young people where they feel most comfortable.
Requirements
  • Essential requirements include a full driving license and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000-£31,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
