Business Development Opportunity at Doubletree by Hilton

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Doubletree by Hilton, a leading four-star contemporary boutique hotel and spa in the English countryside.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Executive to drive corporate and MICE business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and assertive individual to make their mark and secure new business for the hotel.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multi-task, research and identify business opportunities and leads. A minimum of two years experience is required, with a preference for an understanding of Hilton Sales. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and be capable of reaching and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate and MICE business opportunities
  • Research and identify new business leads
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
