About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for advising on and developing a supportive infrastructure for peers/people in lived experience roles.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, including professionals, families, and individuals with lived experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide peer-based supervision and reflective practice to peer workers
  • Support external relationships with the wider system
  • Facilitate research activities and further development opportunities

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
