Disability Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the needs of disabled children and developing effective strategies to address them
- Working closely with parents and carers to develop effective plans for supporting the child
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential dangers
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Post-qualifying experience as a Children with Disabilities Social Worker in the UK social care industry
- HPC registration
- 1 year post-qualifying experience within the UK social care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB check
- Eligibility to work in the UK
