Job Title: Pediatric Care Coordinator
Salary:£32,000 - £42,000 per annum
About the RoleBarnardo's is seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. As a coordinator, you will work closely with vulnerable children and their families to address their emotional, practical, social, and financial needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' post-qualification experience working with vulnerable children or adults and be registered with Social Work England. You will provide support with welfare rights, housing, education, and treatment matters, as well as linking people with CF to other external agencies to access resources.
This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role that requires initiative, resilience, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will receive training and support to develop their knowledge and skills to work effectively with families.
