We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the aerospace sector. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy, managing our sales team, and building relationships with senior executives at large aerospace companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to deliver against strategic financial sales targets, aiming to increase values and gross margins.
  2. Manage and develop our UK sales team, monitoring and reporting on performance in line with expectations.
  3. Develop relationships with senior executives at large aerospace companies, with the aim of increasing market share within these businesses and their sub-contractors.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.

**Requirements:**

  1. Senior level sales and marketing leadership experience from working within technical products/services provider businesses, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  2. A track record of developing sales operations, processes, and running successful teams.
  3. Expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
