About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Arnold, Nottinghamshire. You will be working in an exceptional hospital that provides acute adult mental health services, delivered in partnership with the area's healthcare trust.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to patient-centred care and values-based practice. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a high level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder.
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £31,500 - £44,648 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:

  • A welcome bonus of £5,000.

  • Back pay any increase in salary whilst employees are awaiting their PIN registration.
  • Relocation support (including payment for accommodation or moving costs), paid as a lump sum.
  • Moving less than 100 miles up to £1,500 (To be repaid if individual does not complete probation & leaves).
  • If more than 100 miles up to £3,000 (To be repaid if individual does not complete probation & leaves).
