Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team at a residential rehabilitation centre in Nottinghamshire. As a Non-Medical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conducting assessments, evaluations, and reviews to monitor client progress.
  • Providing education and guidance on substance misuse, relapse prevention, and healthy living.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • RGN or RMN qualification with experience in mental health or addictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
