We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead our Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as deputy to the ward sister, taking charge of the ward and ensuring high standards of patient care and environment.
  • Provide effective leadership and role modeling, offering regular direct clinical care and supporting governance initiatives.
  • Supervise non-registered staff, pre-registration students, and post-basic trainees.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
About the Role:

This position requires a strong clinical leader who can maintain high standards of care on Daybrook Ward, which provides rehabilitation services for stroke patients.

We are a professional and supportive team working at the heart of the stroke service.

Based in Nottingham, we offer a competitive salary of £34,394 - £43,041 per annum (depending on experience), along with a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
