The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), qualified to work as a Non-Medical Practitioner. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and reviews to monitor client progress.
  • Provide education and guidance on substance misuse, relapse prevention, and healthy living.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • RGN or RMN qualification with experience in mental health or addictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
